Group Hotel Landgoed Leudal is a sustainable, small-scale holiday park that focuses primarily on group stays. This sympathetic location distinguishes itself in the region by a unique and personal concept. You and your group have all the facilities for your own group; You will stay in a 2-person hotel room with private shower and toilet, a kitchenette with coffee maker and kettle. You have your own lounch, bar, restaurant, games rooms and terraces. In most (bed) rooms there is also a sofa bed. This is suitable for max 1 adult or 2 small children. The beds are made and towel package is provided.
Landgoed Leudal is built in a circular way. This means that building materials are reused as much as possible. To reduce the environmental impact, we give roofs, doors, walls and window frames of existing buildings a second life. As a visitor, you have no idea that the door to your bedroom once opened a classroom!
The development of these houses is in full swing. Circular construction does take more time. After all, the building materials cannot simply be ordered, because the building materials are not ready-made in stock.
Landgoed Leudal is located in the middle of Limburg in the Leudal, a unique nature reserve. The Leudal nature reserve is eight hundred hectares in size, with forests, meandering streams and sand excavations. There are many water mills in the area, some of which can be visited. During your morning walk, there is a good chance that you will find a deer, wild pig, deer or even a fox.
In the vicinity of Landgoed Leudal, a good balance can be found between the peace of nature and the bustling Roermond. There are many activities to experience in Roermond, for example on a wonderful summer day you can rent a boat to enjoy the Maas, you can shop in the city centre or at the Designer Outlet, you can enjoy a local Limburg pie or other delicacies from the local catering entrepreneurs.
